Scope
Mid-level sales professional who reports to the Director of Sales; learns to use best practices to expand current client base and strengthen existing client relations.
Learns to follow industry standards and best practices for sales and networking within assigned territory. Primarily works with other members of the branch office. Also works closely with other New Business Development Specialists to ensure superior company performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities to assist in the growth of the branch office you support.
- Work closely with your branch office, Director of Sales and VP of Operations as a team to reach sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Researches market and industry trends
- Compile a target prospect list working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to strategize a marketing plan for target accounts.
- Generate new ideas to assist in the sales cycle and creating a 30% close ratio.
- Takes ownership of work and does what is needed without being asked and follow through
Knowledge and Skills (typically required of the position)
- Ability to develop account teams and work effectively in team environments.
- Ability to connect with all levels within an organization including executive level is extremely important.
- Sense of urgency and win at all costs attitude is a MUST!
Education and Training
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of outside business to business sales experience
Staffing Coordinator

Division: Midwest Staffing Group
Location: Metro area (Chaska, Shakopee, Maple Grove)
Wage/Salary: 11-14/per hour
Work Schedule: Flexible between 5:30am-6pm.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator for our Metro area. This position will give you the opportunity to recruit, screen, and hire applicants, manage payroll, monitor new employee orientation and communicate with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met on a daily basis.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources and customer service. They will have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task in a fast pace enviornment and the ability to work with little management.
background in human resources management or customer service is preferred but not required
