Capabilities

Midwest Staffing Group provides creative programs designed specifically to the clients we partner with. Our onsite programs allow you to maintain a high volume of the contingent workforce without the headaches involved with administering paperwork. Our programs are designed to accommodate each business’s specific needs by having one main point of contact. This eliminates the need for multiple vendors and takes on all tasks associated with recruiting, screening/interviewing, attendance, new start orientations, and safety training. Each program has 100% support guaranteed by Midwest Staffing Group’s hands-on management team, branch staffing manager, and the Account executive.

Alpha Program

This program offers everything the Beta and Gama program offers consuming all tasks involved with recruiting, screening/interviewing, and managing a contingent workforce. In addition there will be a Midwest Staffing professional onsite 5 days a week, full time, serving as the main point of contact between your supervisors and all Midwest employees. This program was designed to completely remove the staffing burden, allowing Midwest staffing professional to be solely involved with the entire process. Weekly, Month, or quarterly reports will be client specific and made available as requested. Paychecks are delivered on Friday’s.

Beta Program

A staffing professional will be onsite at your business 2-3 days a week for 6-8 hours. This person will be in charge of all interviews, check ins, walk through, orientations, safety training and the overall management of the contingent workforce. They will also be involved in any meetings of production that your business deems necessary. Our Monticello office along with our account executive will continue work closely with the onsite manager to serve as a resource. Paychecks are delivered on Friday’s.

Gama Program

A Midwest Staffing professional reports to your business every day to check-in employees as they arrive, and get new starts acquainted with the facility and procedures. The Midwest Staffing Professional reports back to the supervisor, informs them of new starts, and brings the employee to the appropriate lead. Attendance managing and tracking, performance issues, and corrective actions are all addressed by the staffing professional. This program also includes managing and tracking time off requests, and communicating with supervisors daily on production needs. Paychecks are delivered on Friday’s.

Payrolling

The client secures, through their own efforts, a qualified candidate. At this time the candidate is referred to a Midwest Staffing office to complete our screening process. This program limits the risks associated with hiring an individual and allows a company to evaluate the candidate, risk-free, before making a hiring decision.

Employee Leasing

Midwest Staffing assumes a portion of a client's workforce, and becomes the employer of record. At this time all employees transferred to Midwest Staffing must complete our screening process before being leased back to the client.
